2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to place an order. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
3. Products, pricing & availability
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are MRP inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Product images, weights and descriptions are provided for reference. Packaging and labelling may vary slightly from what is shown.
- Availability is subject to stock. We may limit quantities, or decline or cancel an order, at our discretion.
- We try to keep prices and information accurate but errors can occur. If an item's correct price is different from the price shown, we will contact you before processing the order.
4. Orders & confirmation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Delivery charges, timing and final availability are confirmed by our team, and an order is only binding once we confirm it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or items being out of stock — in which case any amount already paid will be refunded.
5. Payments
Online payments are processed through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card, UPI or bank details on our servers. By paying online you also agree to the payment provider's terms. If a payment fails or is deducted without an order being confirmed, please contact us with your payment reference and it will be reconciled or refunded.
6. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimated timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. As edible oils are consumable food products, returns are only accepted in limited circumstances described in that policy.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, other accounts, or our systems.
- Do not submit false, misleading or abusive content in reviews or forms.
9. Reviews & user content
If you submit a product review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in connection with our business. We may moderate, edit or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or irrelevant.
10. Intellectual property
The RKOM name, logo, brand names (including Rice Vita™, Nut Gold™, Sun Pride®, Radha Gold®, Nandini® and Akshaya®), site design, text and graphics are owned by or licensed to Radha Krrishna Oil Mills and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RKOM is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and food-safety legislation.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page with the "Last updated" date above applies to your use of the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
